5 Minute Stress Reduction and Enlightenment Booster Meditation
Warning: This is an “EYES CLOSED” meditation. Do not listen to it while driving a car or operating machinery or doing anything that requires that you have your eyes opened or your full attention.

This meditation contains sophisticated background tones (like Holosync) that help sync your brain to 10.5 Hz, which is in the Alpha band. Headphones are recommended for best results. You will find it very relaxing and conducive to meditating. I call it “the happy frequency”. I have found it to be great for meditation.
This is not a religious specific meditation. I am not endorsing or condemning any religion. This is a universal meditation/visualization that anyone can use from any walk of life.
If you are having trouble imagining WHEN you are going to have time to do this, here are three suggestions.
1) The best time to do this, and I’d highly recommend that you do this first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to start your day. Get up 8 minutes earlier than normal so you can have time to brush your teeth and wash your face and then do the meditation. Then proceed with your day as you normally do and see if you notice any difference.
2) Do it right before you go to bed, although some people may get charged up, so if YOU do, this might not be the best option for you.
3) Do it during your lunch hour. You can sit in your car and listen to the audio on your iPod or other MP3 player. If you don’t have an MP3 player, you can download and burn the MP3 file to a standard audio CD and play it in your car stereo or any portable CD player. Again, I recommend doing this first thing in the morning, but whenever you can do it is fine.
The reason I created this meditation is because it needed to be done. I had a vision to do this. I was called to do this. Please try it at least one time. If you LIKE it, join the movement and commit to doing it at least once a day for the next 40 days and let’s see what happens!
If you’ve read As A Man Thinketh, by James Allen, or Psycho-Cybernetics, by Maxwell Maltz, or Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill, or The Law of Attraction, by Abraham-Hicks, or The Hidden Messages in Water, by Masaru Emoto, or if you’ve seen the movie “The Secret” or “What The Bleep Do We Know”, or seen the power of prayer or Qi Gong or other spiritual healing work “miracles”, then you most likely believe what science has recently proven in numerous studies: that thought affects things.
My hope and wish and prayer is for hundreds, thousands, or even millions of people to do this meditation at least once a day for 40 days. I believe in my heart of hearts that it will help you decrease your overall level of stress AND help to contribute to the increase in the level of enlightenment, love, and peace on the planet.
