What’s the fastest way to succeed at being happy now?

Make a list of what you are grateful for. Read your list and try to get the feeling of gratitude as soon as you wake up every morning and in the evening right before you go to bed. If you only do this once a day, do it in the morning.

Then I ask them, “What do you have total and complete control over?” I hear things like: yourself, what you eat, what you wear, what time you get up, your actions, and your attitude.

Actually, I think Napoleon Hill was more correct when he said the ONLY thing over which you have total and complete control is Read more »
